What You’ll Do
Plan & Deliver Sessions
Create engaging, age-appropriate practices that challenge and motivate players.
Support Player Development
Give clear feedback, track progress and nurture confidence on and off the pitch.
Collaborate
Work with fellow coaches to align training and team objectives across age groups.

Qualifications
✅ FA Playmaker / Introduction to Coaching Football
✅ FA Level 1 / UEFA C (or working towards)
✅ Up-to-date safeguarding & first aid (or willingness to obtain)
